A leading industrial solutions company is seeking an experienced Internal Sales Representative to support customers, distributors, and external sales teams within a technical sales environment. The role focuses on preparing quotations, managing project-based orders, coordinating internally with operations teams, and providing professional customer support.
Requirements
Proven experience in internal sales within an industrial or engineering environment
Strong knowledge of industrial valves and actuation systems
Exposure to industries such as mining, water, oil&gas, power, or manufacturing
Ability to interpret technical specifications and basic P&IDs advantageous
Experience preparing technical and commercial quotations
Strong order processing and project coordination experience
Good understanding of project workflows and deadlines
Strong computer literacy and experience working on ERP/CRM systems
Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook
Detail-oriented, organised, and customer focused
Ability to manage multiple enquiries and projects simultaneously
