External Sales Representative

Location: Johannesburg - Central (CBD / Roodepoort) National chemical company has open positions for External Sales Representatives in JHB, CPT, and DBN. Knowledge Requirements: Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) is required. Candidates must have 2 years+ experience in one of the following industries:Construction:

Knowledge of the construction industry. Knowledge of sealants, adhesives, bonding, and plastering agents. Knowledge of the following sectors:

Property development, Guttering, Glass&Glazing, Waterproofing, Cold room and Refrigeration, Paint Contractors, Wood Working and Carpentry.

Knowledge of the DIY hardware retail sector. Chemical:

Knowledge of the Chemical Industry. Knowledge of Anti-foams, Emulsions, Foam Control Agents, and Silicone fluids (beneficial to application). Knowledge of Industrial, Hygiene, Food&Beverage, Cleaning Chemicals.

Job Responsibilities: Visiting clients. Generating sales on existing portfolio. Closing and generating new business sales. Increasing the number of products sold to existing client portfolio. Achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual budgets. Submission of orders to Customer Service department.Submission of quotes to clients. Dealing with telephonic queries. Communicating pricing queries and price increases directly to clients. Submission of daily, weekly, and monthly reports. Attending sales meetings. Package&Remuneration: R15000 - R25000 basic negotiable based on experience. Car Allowance (Own vehicle is essential). Commission. Provident Fund. You will be issued with a laptop and phone for business purposes.
