looking to take ownership of projects, mentor junior team members, and contribute to the creative direction of the brand.

Key Responsibilities Creative Design&Animation

Develop compelling visuals and motion graphics that bring campaigns and concepts to life.

Translate complex briefs into innovative, polished, and brand-aligned designs.

Lead the creation of high-quality graphics for digital, social, presentations, and print.

Mentor and guide junior designers when required, providing constructive feedback.

Production&Delivery

Ensure designs meet technical standards for both print and digital media.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritising deadlines without compromising quality.

Continuously refine workflows to increase efficiency and impact.

Collaboration&Leadership

Partner with marketing, content, and product teams to produce cohesive visual content.

Participate in creative brainstorming sessions, contributing fresh ideas and solutions.

Communicate design rationale and project updates clearly to internal teams and clients.

Brand Stewardship

Apply and evolve brand guidelines across all creative outputs.

Maintain a consistent and elevated visual identity across all touchpoints.

Skills&Competencies Creative&Design Expertise

Exceptional visual design skills with strong conceptual thinking.

In-depth understanding of typography, colour theory, layout, and motion principles.

Technical Proficiency

Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign.

Skilled in After Effects, Premiere Pro, or similar tools for motion design.

Experience producing assets for both print and digital platforms.

Professional&Organisational Skills

Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

Strong time management and ability to prioritise multiple projects.

Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and consistency.

Minimum Requirements

Diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, or related field.

3+ years of professional experience in design and motion graphics.

A portfolio demonstrating creative range, motion graphics, and design excellence.
