Are you an experienced Foreman ready to take charge of premium residential and commercial projects? Our client, a well-established construction firm, is seeking a

hands‑on, tech‑savvy Site Foreman

with a proven track record in high‑end builds.

What You’ll Be Doing

️ Overseeing construction of luxury homes and office blocks from foundation to finish

️ Coordinating and supervising subcontractors and site workers

️ Ensuring project timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met

️ Managing site safety, inspections, and regulatory compliance

️ Reading and interpreting building plans

️ Handling reporting and daily site records (must be PC literate)

What You’ll Need

️ 10+ years experience in a Foreman or Site Manager role

️ Strong residential and commercial construction experience (luxury builds preferred)

️ Must be computer literate (emails, spreadsheets, site reports)

️ Strong leadership, planning, and communication skills

National Diploma in Construction Management / Building

NQF Level 4-6 Certificate in Construction Supervision (CETA‑accredited)

Project Management Certification (PRINCE2, PMP, or equivalent)

Health&Safety training (e.g., SACPCMP registration, SAMTRAC) Advantageous
