Manage and communicate directly with clients through video calls and emails, ensuring satisfaction and retention. Oversee Ads Specialists and guide their execution of campaigns.Deliver clear, positive, and insightful status reports on campaign performance. Conduct account audits, support the sales team with audits and proposals, and contribute to refining internal processes and templates. What Were Looking For At least 5 years of digital marketing experience focused on Google Ads within a UK, US, or AUS agency.Proven expertise auditing accounts, creating growth strategies, and executing campaigns across : Search Display Retargeting Shopping / Merchant Center Performance Max YouTube Deep understanding of core Google Ads concepts (match types, bid strategies, geo-targeting, audiences, etc.). Excellent English communication skills written and spoken.Comfortable working US East Coast hours.
