Well known private hospital group requires an Enrolled Nurse - Theatre to join their team. This position is in Johannesburg South. Duties&Responsibilities

Render and promote cost effective, safe quality patient care in accordance with hospital standards and policies. Responsible for direct and/or indirect nursing care of a patient or a group of patients. Assess, plan, execute and supervise the implementation of care to meet patient needs. Practice patient care according to the Scope of Practice and assume total responsibility for these activities.Contribute to the holistic care of patients. Recognize life-threatening situations. Communicate effectively with patients regarding their care. Promote patient’s health and wellbeing. Audit health records to ensure compliance. Ensure all stock is well controlled and managed, charged and credited appropriately.Minimum Requirements

Registration with the South African Nursing Council as an Enrolled Nurse or equivalent NQF 7 qualification. Compulsory BLS. Minimum of 1 year practical experience in a private hospital setting in anaesthesia and recovery room nursing. Computer literate. Flexible in working hours/shifts. Capacity to implement and maintain standards of health practice required from all accredited bodies and appropriate health legislation.Package&Remuneration

Monthly plus Basic salary, medical aid, provident fund, bonuses, meal allowance.
