This is a full-time, remote work-from-home position based in the United States. Team members are required to work 8 am to 5 pm EST (with breaks).

Responsibilities

Create video ads for our agency and our clients.

Develop concepts, storyboard, and manage full video production from ideation through final delivery.

Use AI and video editing tools to produce professional‑quality videos quickly.

Create videos for online media including YouTube, Meta, and TikTok.

Provide input with the creative team to create scripts and storyboards.

Excel at video production and editing.

Work efficiently using AI tools to streamline and create cutting‑edge videos.

Demonstrate a professional, proactive work ethic with a strong sense of urgency and ownership.

Be able to work EST hours from 8 am to 5 pm EST (with breaks).

Requirements

5+ years of experience in video production for online media (YouTube, Meta, etc.).

Proficiency in video editing software and use of AI.

Copywriting instincts and strong editorial skills to improve output.

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into creative improvements.
