Outbound Sales / Cold Calling Sales Representative– Computer Equipment We are seeking a confident, energetic, and results-driven Outbound Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role focuses on generating new business opportunities through cold calling and outbound sales efforts, promoting a range of computer equipment and technologysolutions to businesses and clients.
The ideal candidate is persuasive, self-motivated, and comfortable building relationships with decision-makers over the phone. Previous experience in technology, IT products, or computer equipment sales is highly advantageous.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls to prospective clients
Identify new business opportunities and generate qualified leads
Promote and sell computer equipment, hardware, accessories, and related technology products
Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent follow-up
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable product solutions
Prepare and send quotations, proposals, and product information
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions within CRM systems
Achieve and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets
Stay informed on product knowledge, market trends, and competitor activity
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction
Requirements
Previous experience in outbound sales, telesales, cold calling, or business development
Experience selling computer equipment, IT hardware, or technology products preferred
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Confident speaking with business owners, procurement teams, and decision-makers
Target-driven with a strong sales mindset
Excellent objection-handling and closing skills
Comfortable working independently and managing a sales pipeline
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
Strong organisational and follow-up skills
Preferred Skills
Knowledge of computer hardware, laptops, desktops, networking equipment, printers, and accessories
Experience working in B2B sales environments
Ability to quickly learn technical product information
