Radhiant is growing, and we’re looking for a
Sales Development Representatives (SDRs)
to help build a strong, reliable sales pipeline through
data sourcing, outreach, and lead qualification .

This role is ideal for someone who wants to develop a
solid foundation in B2B healthcare sales , with clear opportunities to grow into more senior sales responsibilities over time.
Important to know (and why this role is exciting): Radhiant’s services are covered by medical aids, which means you are not selling a budget‑based product. There is no heavy price objection to overcome. The sales process is largely
logistical and relationship‑based , making this a
much easier and more rewarding product to sell
than traditional B2B services. If you enjoy sales with
low friction and high impact , this role is for you.
About the Role As an SDR at Radhiant, you will identify, engage, and qualify prospects. You will collaborate with senior sales and leadership to target and advance key organisations. As you progress, you’ll gain opportunities to manage discovery meetings and later sales stage
positions . All activity and progress are tracked transparently in our CRM.
What You’ll Be Doing
Sourcing and building
high‑quality lead lists
aligned to Radhiant’s ideal customer profiles
Making
50–75 calls per day , supported by LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and email outreach
Engaging and qualifying inbound, outbound, partner, and referral‑driven leads
Booking discovery meetings and supporting senior sales in progressing opportunities
Driving and tracking referrals through strong relationship management
Maintaining a clean, accurate, and up‑to‑date pipeline in HubSpot
What Success Looks Like
Month 1:
Clean data and leads, consistent outreach, visible qualified leads.
Month 3:
Strong pipeline, regular meetings booked, high CRM discipline.
Month 6:
Reliable pipeline and readiness for more responsibility.
Who This Role Is For
Is an early‑to‑mid career in sales or business development
Enjoys structured outreach, coordination, and relationship‑based selling
Is confident speaking to HR leaders, corporates, and healthcare professionals
Likes selling solutions that
remove friction rather than create it
Is motivated by
competitive compensation with performance‑based earning potential
Wants a
clear growth path into discovery meetings, account ownership, and closing
Would like to play a role in saving lives
