Sales Executive A well-established and growing company is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and promoting professional training and development solutions to corporate clients.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales within the training, skills development, learnership, or education sector and must be confident in dealing with decision-makers, HR departments, and corporate clients. This role is suited to an individual who is target-driven, professional, and passionate about business development and client service.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities within the corporate sector.
  • Promote and sell training programmes, learnerships, workshops, and related solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and solution-based consultations.
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and service agreements.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and KPI requirements.
  • Follow up on leads, enquiries, and existing client accounts.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and sales pipeline reports.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, skills development initiatives, and client needs.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure efficient service delivery and client satisfaction.
Minimum Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive within the training, skills development, learnership, or education industry.
  • Strong business development and client relationship management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Target-driven with a proven sales track record.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a sales pipeline effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • Valid driver’s licence and own reliable transport advantageous.
Preferred Experience:
  • Experience selling accredited training programmes or corporate training solutions.
  • Existing network within HR, learning and development, or corporate sectors advantageous.
