Well- established company seeks Financial Manager.

Key responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

• Oversee and manage the day-to-day financial operations
• Preparing budgets and forecasts and monthly reporting
• GP Analysis
• Prepare accurate financial reports, including monthly management accounts
• Develop and implement financial strategies to support business objectives
• Monitor cash flow, budgets, and forecasts, providing recommendations for improvements
• Manage compliance with financial regulations and internal controls
• Drive cost-saving initiatives and optimize financial performance
• Supervise and mentor the finance team to ensure high performance and development
• Providing business support in respect of financial matters
• Payroll review and analysis
• Annual rate reviews and increase implementation

 
 
Debtors & Creditors Management: 
 

• Directing and supervising the AR and AP functions (Debtors & Creditors)
• Managing debtors age analysis and invoice submissions
• Management of allocations
• Approving credit limits and credit notes
• Intercompany Creditors
• Payment and Reconciliation review of all 3rd Party Creditors

Min Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of financial management experience
- Strong knowledge of financial management, reporting, and analysis
- Proven ability to drive strategic financial decision-making
- Advanced proficiency in financial software and MS Excel
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
