Finance Manager, Johannesburg

We are currently partnering with a leading healthcare group to appoint a dynamic and commercially minded Financial Manager for one of their high-performing hospital operations. This opportunity is ideally suited to a confident, solutions-driven finance professional who enjoys working closely with operations, influencing business performance, and driving efficiencies in a fast-paced environment.

This is far more than a traditional reporting role - we are looking for an outgoing and engaging finance leader who can partner with stakeholders across the business, challenge the status quo, and play a key role in operational and financial decision-making.

The successful candidate will act as the financial custodian of the hospital, taking ownership of financial reporting, governance, analysis, budgeting, and performance improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Preparation and delivery of accurate monthly financial reporting

Detailed analysis of business performance and identification of operational efficiencies

Driving process improvements and implementing financial control measures

Management of the trial balance and monthly balance sheet reconciliations

Budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning

Job Experience and Skills Required CA(SA) qualification highly advantageous

Minimum 5 years’ experience within financial management and analysis
