The ideal candidate must be able to independently manage property transfers from inception to finalisation, with strong experience in conventional transfers and deceased estate transfers.
Key Requirements:
Minimum 5+ years conveyancing experience
Ability to handle transfers from start to finish independently
Experience with deceased estate transfers is essential
Proficient in Lexis Convey&E4
Strong understanding of conveyancing processes and property law procedures
Excellent administrative, organisational and communication skills
Ability to work under pressure and manage high volumes efficiently
Attention to detail and accuracy is non-negotiable
Duties Include:
Drafting and preparing conveyancing documentation
Liaising with clients, estate agents, banks and municipalities
Managing transfer files from receipt to registration
Attending to FICA compliance and reporting requirements
Preparing accounts and statements
Handling lodgement, registration and post-registration processes
Managing deceased estate transfer matters
Position based in NORSCOT, FOURWAYS.
