Job Summary

The successful candidate will possess a minimum of 3–5 years of experience in commercial claims, strong knowledge of commercial insurance products (property, liability, motor fleet, etc.) and proven experience working with brokers and/or corporate clients. The role involves planning, managing and monitoring the implementation of claims management activities and processes to deliver approved operational plans effectively and efficiently.Responsibilities

Manage the full claims lifecycle for commercial lines (from notification to settlement). Assess claims in line with policy wording, underwriting guidelines, and regulatory requirements. Liaise with clients, brokers, assessors, loss adjusters, and service providers. Investigate and evaluate claims, ensuring accurate and fair outcomes.Proactively drive claims resolution and manage turnaround times. Identify potential fraud indicators and raise escalation where necessary. Deliver excellent client service and maintain strong broker relationships. Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with internal and external requirements.Provide insights and feedback to improve claims processes and client experience. Assess and process claims following standard operating procedures. Handle all customer interactions professionally and efficiently. Provide support to customers and team as required to ensure team performance on an ongoing basis.Ensure that all team activities are in adherence to relevant control, compliance requirements, and quality standards.
