Contract Department: Staffing Anticipated Hours per Week: 40 Work Setup: In-Office Compensation: ZAR 850 - ZAR 908.19 - hourly Anticipated Contract End Date/Length: November 30, 2026 Work Set Up: On-site Our client in the global professional services industry is looking for a senior-level Business and Technology Integration– Enterprise Architect to support a large-scale Transformation Office Programme. This role will operate across multiple enterprise workstreams to maintain alignment, consistency, and architectural governance while supporting the ramp‑up and stabilization of the client’s Enterprise Architecturecapability. The position requires extensive experience within enterprise architecture, strong engagement with executive stakeholders, and deep exposure to the mining industry, including Operational Technology and Enterprise Functions IT.Operate as the Enterprise Architect across the client’s Transformation Office Programme. Maintain consistency and alignment across all transformation workstreams. Support Service Model Optimisation initiatives across Finance, HR, Procurement, Warehouse Management and Logistics, Protection Services, EHS and Sustainability, Technology Services, Asset Management and IT/OT, Mining, and Processing.Define, establish, and scale Enterprise Architecture capabilities across the organization. Deliver Enterprise Architecture support and governance until the operating model stabilizes on the client’s internal talent. Engage with C‑Suite stakeholders to align strategic business and technology objectives.Facilitate workshops to drive collaboration, solution alignment, and transformation outcomes. Develop and present PowerPoint-based strategic storytelling materials for executive audiences. Ensure integration between enterprise functions and operational technology environments. Apply TOGAF principles and enterprise architecture best practices across transformation initiatives.Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support enterprise‑wide modernization and optimization efforts. 10+ years of experience in Enterprise Architecture or related transformation leadership roles. Senior or executive‑level professional experience. Strong expertise in Enterprise Architecture methodologies and frameworks.TOGAF certification or equivalent Enterprise Architecture experience. Proven experience within the mining industry. Experience supporting Operational Technology and Enterprise Functions IT environments. Strong C‑Suite engagement and stakeholder management capabilities. Demonstrated workshop facilitation skills.Advanced PowerPoint storytelling and executive presentation skills. Strong strategic thinking, communication, and organizational skills.
