This role is ideal for a driven and adaptable junior cloud support professional looking to grow within enterprise support, managed services, and global delivery environments.

The successful candidate will support operational workflows, stakeholder coordination, contractor support, and enterprise delivery activities across fast-paced local and global environments.

THE ROLE This role forms part of a global Application Management and Contingent Workforce division aligned to enterprise client delivery frameworks.

You will support enterprise application management operations, delivery coordination, workforce processes, and operational administration activities while contributing to service delivery excellence and stakeholder support initiatives.

The role combines operational support, stakeholder engagement, reporting, workflow coordination, contractor support, and enterprise delivery assistance within a managed services environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Cloud Support&Operational Assistance
