CA (SA) Qualification Minimum 5 years' relevant experience within the Services Industry Sound, in-depth knowledge of accounting principles (IFRS) Proven experience managing and leading a team (e.g., 5 direct reports) Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (Formulas, tables, pivots, charts) Excellent analytical and communication skillsProficiency in MS Outlook automation (data files, rules, conditional formatting) Demonstrated ability to be Hands‑on, Proactive, and Innovative Experience in payroll cost management, financial controls, and budget oversight is essential Responsibilities

Strategic Process Ownership:

Lead the management and continuous improvement of accounting system processes by applying best practices in planning, organizing, leading, and controlling activities to achieve financial objectives under IFRS standards. Team Leadership:

Oversee and mentor a team of 5 Accountants, fostering a culture of high performance, accuracy, and accountability. Core Reporting&Close:

Take ultimate responsibility for the preparation of financial statements up to the Balance Sheet, ensuring timely and accurate month‑end close procedures and general ledger maintenance. Compliance&Governance:

Ensure meticulous completion and submission of all monthly statutory returns and guarantee that all financial records comply strictly with relevant laws and regulations. Analytical Support:

Leverage excellent analytical skills to scrutinize financial reports, forecasts, and transactional details, identifying cost drivers and providing actionable alternatives to management. Treasury Management:

Perform and monitor treasury functions, including preparing daily cash flow forecasts and authorizing payments. Stakeholder Engagement:

Act as the primary liaison for external auditors and manage the follow‑up and resolution of internal audit findings. Development&Compliance:

Proactively stay abreast of changes in accounting principles, legislation, and banking requirements, ensuring full compliance with company policies, including best practices for BEE/SED spend management. Payroll:
