The Role We are looking for an experienced Talent Manager to own our HR operations and recruitment across four regions. You will report directly to the CEO, inherit an active multi-region recruitment pipeline, and be the person who makes our People function work— from the first contact with a candidate to the day an employee celebrates their work anniversary.

This is a hands‑on, high‑ownership role. You will be running multiple searches across South Africa, the UK, and the US at the same time, coordinating performance reviews, managing our Microsoft certification programme, and handling everything in between. What You Will Do Talent Acquisition— Your Primary Focus

Own end‑to‑end recruitment across all regions — permanent employees, contractors, and consultants

Manage LinkedIn Recruiter daily— you will be in it every day, not occasionally

Coordinate with recruitment agencies, hiring managers, and business unit leads

Manage the full candidate journey: sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offers, and onboarding handover

Maintain salary benchmarks, candidate pipelines, and a clean recruitment tracker

Write compelling job adverts and manage postings across LinkedIn, PNet, and specialist platforms

HR Operations&Employee Lifecycle

Own employment contracts, consultancy agreements, onboarding and offboarding processes

Coordinate payroll inputs and staff expenses with Finance

Maintain employee records, HR changes, and organisational structure

Handle employee queries with professionalism and full confidentiality

Support the CEO and line managers on employee relations and sensitive HR matters

Manage industrial relations matters in liaison with external labour advisors where required

Performance Reviews&Learning

Coordinate bi‑annual performance review cycles — templates, scheduling, manager guidance, and follow‑up

Manage the Microsoft certification and Partner Skilling Hub training calendar across all staff

Coordinate learning and development programmes: management workshops, onboarding training, and role‑specific training

Track training completion and follow up with line managers on outstanding items

Staff Engagement&Communications

Manage staff events, management getaways, birthdays, work anniversaries, and team recognition

Coordinate company update meetings and internal staff communications

Run the annual staff satisfaction survey and present findings to the CEO

What We Need From You Requirements

Degree in Human Resources Management or similar

Hands‑on LinkedIn Recruiter experience — active daily use, not familiarity

5+ years in a combined HR operations and recruitment role

Proven track record recruiting across technical, sales, and professional roles simultaneously

Experience recruiting across multiple regions— at least two of SA, UK, or US

Strong HR operations capability— contracts, onboarding, offboarding, performance cycles

South African labour law knowledge including CCMA processes

Exceptional confidentiality, follow‑through, and attention to detail — this role handles sensitive matters

Comfortable with a full desk from day one— you inherit an active pipeline immediately

Advantageous

Experience in a technology, Microsoft partner, or professional services company

Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 HR, Viva, or similar HRIS platforms

Experience coordinating Microsoft certification or partner skilling programmes

Exposure to compliance frameworks— ISO27001, POPIA, GDPR — at a coordination level

You manage multiple open roles across three continents without dropping the ball because you have built systems that keep everything visible. You communicate clearly with a CEO, a software developer, and a candidate in the same morning and adjust your tone perfectly for each. You take confidentiality seriously.
