A leading workforce solutions and enterprise delivery organisation is seeking a high-performance Senior Service Delivery Manager to support global application management, contractor delivery, and strategic workforce operations within enterprise client environments.

This role is ideal for a senior delivery professional with strong enterprise delivery capability, stakeholder management expertise, and operational leadership experience within managed services and application management environments.

The successful candidate will operate across local and global delivery models, supporting enterprise clients, workforce operations, and service delivery excellence within fast-paced, high-performance environments.

THE ROLE This role forms part of a global Application Management and Contingent Workforce division aligned to enterprise client delivery frameworks.

You will be responsible for driving operational delivery excellence, supporting enterprise application management environments, coordinating workforce delivery operations, and managing strategic stakeholder engagement across local and global delivery teams.

The role combines service delivery management, operational governance, stakeholder engagement, contractor coordination, SLA management, and enterprise workforce delivery support.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Service Delivery&Operational Management Supporting enterprise application management environments and operational delivery functions Driving SLA adherence and operational excellence across delivery environments Managing operational workflows, reporting processes, and service delivery coordination Supporting enterprise client delivery models and operational governance requirements

Stakeholder&Client Engagement Collaborating with global delivery stakeholders across multiple projects and operational workstreams Acting as a client-facing representative within enterprise and managed service environments Supporting communication and coordination between clients, contractors, and delivery teamsBuilding strong relationships across local and global operational teams

Contractor&Workforce Operations Supporting onboarding, contractor management, and workforce delivery processes Managing delivery pipelines and operational coordination activities Supporting contractor retention and workforce engagement initiatives Assisting with operational delivery optimisation and workforce planning support

Documentation, Reporting&Governance Managing operational documentation, reporting, and workflow processes Supporting operational accuracy, reporting standards, and delivery governance requirements Maintaining visibility across pipeline coverage, delivery metrics, and operational performance Supporting continuous improvement and operational optimisation initiatives

Talent Pipeline&Delivery Support Building and maintaining high-quality talent and delivery pipelines Supporting sourcing and operational coordination activities using:

LinkedIn Recruiter ATS platforms Enterprise sourcing tools

Supporting workforce delivery and operational readiness across enterprise environments

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR Key Requirements Minimum 8 years' experience within:

Service Delivery Enterprise Operations Managed Services Application Management environments

Strong communication and stakeholder management capability Experience working within enterprise or managed service environments Strong organisational and workflow management skills Experience supporting remote and global delivery teams Strong understanding of application management and support modelsComfortable working with ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and sourcing tools
