Description
We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Organisational Design Specialist to join our dynamic HR team. This role is ideal for a commercially minded OD professional who is passionate about organisational effectiveness, workforce optimisation, talent strategy, and driving business performance through people and structure.

The successful incumbent will partner closely with leadership teams to design and optimise organisational structures, improve operational efficiency, strengthen succession pipelines, enhance performance management practices, and support strategic workforce planning initiatives across the business.

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional who thrives in a data-driven, transformational environment and enjoys influencing strategic people decisions at an organisational level.

Key Areas of Responsibility:

Drive organisational design and organisational effectiveness initiatives

Lead the development and alignment of KPI's and performance objectives.

Lead and manage the performance management process

Lead workforce planning and talent optimisation strategies

Facilitate succession planning and leadership pipeline development

Facilitate critical roles identification

Manage and optimise performance management and KPI alignment processes

Analyse workforce trends, headcount, attrition, productivity, and organisational risks

Develop and maintain HR analytics dashboards and management reporting using tools such as Power BI and Advanced Excel

Conduct span of control, structure, and role alignment analysis

Support organisational restructuring and transformation initiatives

Partner with business leaders on organisational effectiveness and workforce challenges

Drive employee retention and employee effectiveness initiatives

Support change management and stakeholder engagement activities across the business

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, or related field

Minimum 10 years’ experience within:

Organisational Design

Organisational Development

Workforce Planning

Talent Management

HR Analytics

Organisational Effectiveness

Technical Experience:

Strong HR analytics and reporting experience

Experience with organisational design methodologies

Exposure to workforce planning frameworks and succession planning models such as the 9-Box Grid

Advanced Microsoft Excel and Power BI capability (advantageous)

Sage 300 experience advantageous

Strong data interpretation and reporting capability
