About the Role What Being A Partner Service Delivery Manager At Playroll Entails At Playroll, our partners trust us to deliver a seamless experience for their clients and that comes down to operational excellence. We're looking for a Partner Service Delivery Manager to own the day‑to‑day delivery experience for our reseller partners, ensuring every process runs smoothly from onboarding through ongoing support. This is a customer‑facing role where you'll guide partners through migrations, operational workflows, and complex requests while collaborating closely with internal teams to keep everything on track. While Account Managers own the commercial relationship, you'll own the delivery experience - becoming a trusted operational partner resellers can rely on. You'll thrive here if you're highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple moving parts in a fast‑paced environment. You enjoy solving problems, communicating clearly under pressure, and creating confidence through strong execution.
Responsibilities
Lead reseller onboarding and migration projects, ensuring smooth transitions for end clients and employees across multiple markets and operational requirements.
Guide resellers through timelines, requirements, and operational processes with clarity, confidence, and proactive communication at every stage.
Manage multiple concurrent workstreams while tracking progress, mitigating risks, and keeping stakeholders aligned on priorities and delivery timelines.
Act as the primary operational contact for reseller partners, handling payroll, invoicing, compliance, and day‑to‑day delivery queries.
Communicate complex operational updates clearly, translating detailed processes into simple, actionable information partners can easily understand.
Own operational issues end‑to‑end, driving resolution quickly through structured problem‑solving and strong cross‑functional collaboration.
Coordinate closely with Payroll, Legal, Technical Support, Benefits, Product, and Account Managers to ensure seamless operational delivery.
Build trusted reseller relationships through reliable execution, consistent communication, and strong follow‑through on commitments and expectations.
Identify recurring operational challenges and recommend process improvements that enhance efficiency, scalability, and overall partner experience.
Contribute to scalable operational playbooks, workflows, and best practices that strengthen delivery consistency across the reseller function.
What You'll Bring
Have 2–4 years of experience in structured, process-driven roles involving stakeholder management, operations, compliance, legal, or project-based work.
Bring experience managing client or stakeholder relationships in fast-paced environments with tight deadlines and high expectations.
Demonstrate strong communication skills with the ability to manage expectations clearly, confidently, and proactively across multiple stakeholders.
Show exceptional organization and attention to detail while managing multiple concurrent workstreams and shifting priorities effectively.
Take ownership of challenges, applying strong problem-solving skills to drive tasks and projects through to completion.
Work effectively across cross-functional teams, collaborating with different stakeholders to achieve operational and delivery outcomes.
Navigate ambiguity confidently in dynamic, fast-moving environments where priorities and processes may evolve quickly.
