Sales Representative– Christian Books Division

Johannesburg or Cape Town (National Travel Required) Jonathan Ball Publishers is seeking a dynamic Sales Representative to join its Christian Books Division. The position is based in Johannesburg or Cape Town and requires national travel. The ideal candidate is relationship-driven, commercially minded, and passionate about Christian books and ministry, with a strong ability to build partnerships and drive sales growth in a dynamic environment.Key Responsibilities

Promote and sell a defined range of titles on a monthly basis Achieve and exceed sales targets Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and retail partners Prepare and submit accurate monthly sales reports Ensure optimal stock levels and effective in-store merchandising, including backlist titlesMaintain strong and up-to-date product knowledge Expand and maintain the Christian customer database Attend selected after-hours events, including book launches, festivals and customer engagements Requirements
