The focus is not on acquisition performance, but on:

Efficient content production at scale
Team performance, workflow and output quality
This role acts as the engine room of marketing execution, translating strategy into structured, repeatable, high-quality output.
Key Responsibilities Creative Operations&Workflow Management
Design and implement end-to-end marketing workflows across all content and creative production
Build and manage campaign and content delivery timelines
Ensure clear briefing processes and eliminate inefficiencies in production
Introduce and optimise tools, templates, and project tracking systems
Manage approvals, version control, and delivery processes
Continuously identify bottlenecks and improve operational efficiency
Success looks like: predictable delivery, no chaos, no missed deadlines, high-output team.
Team Leadership&Performance Management Manage and optimise output across:
Marketing Coordinator
Graphic Designer&Senior Graphic Designer
Copywriter&Senior Copywriter
Social Media Manager&Coordinator
Content Creator
Video Editor
Responsibilities:
Allocate work effectively across team capability and capacity
Set clear expectations and output standards per role
Coach team members to improve quality, speed, and independence
Drive accountability and ownership of deliverables
Build a high-performance, delivery-focused team culture
Content&Brand Execution
Deliver
integrated content plans
across all channels
Ensure all output aligns with brand guidelines and tone
Manage editorial calendars and ensure adherence
Oversee content production across:
Social media
Website
Print and collateral
Campaign assets
Ensure consistency across all guest-facing touchpoints
Brand Governance
Act as
brand guardian across the organisation
Review and approve all creative output
Maintain and evolve brand guidelines
Provide guidance and training to internal stakeholders
Conduct ongoing brand audits and quality checks
Cross-Functional Delivery
Translate strategy from Group Marketing Manager into:
Structured plans
Content calendars
Production schedules
Align with:
Sales
Revenue
Operations (lodges&hotels)
Ensure marketing deliverables support business needs without compromising brand
Measurement&Output Effectiveness
Track content performance (engagement, reach, content relevance)
Evaluate production efficiency (turnaround times, rework levels)
Improve workflows based on output quality and efficiency metrics
Conduct post-campaign execution reviews (from a delivery perspective)
Experience
6–10 years in marketing, with significant exposure to:
Content production
Brand management
Campaign execution
Experience leading multi-disciplinary creative teams
Proven experience managing high-volume marketing output
Experience in hospitality, lifestyle, or premium/luxury brands preferred
