Sales Development Representative (SDR) Remote | South Africa Up to 12,500ZAR+ Performance Incentives


Momentum Outbound is hiring an ambitious SDR for an exciting international client project focused on modern outbound sales and AI-supported commercial engagement.

This is not a traditional high-volume cold calling role where you spend all day manually researching prospects and writing repetitive outreach from scratch.

The client project uses advanced AI-assisted sales support systems to help SDRs work smarter, move faster and focus on what actually matters: conversations, qualification and booking quality demos.

You will be responsible for turning warm engagement, outbound interest and targeted prospect activity into qualified sales conversations for the senior sales team.

If you are commercially driven, confident speaking to decision-makers and enjoy sales conversations more than repetitive admin work, this role is designed for you.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Following up outbound prospects across email, LinkedIn and phone
  • Calling engaged or relevant B2B decision-makers
  • Qualifying interest and identifying sales opportunities
  • Booking qualified demos into the senior sales calendar
  • Managing follow-ups and keeping conversations moving
  • Handling objections and progressing prospects professionally
  • Updating CRM records and maintaining clean pipeline management
  • Providing feedback on prospect objections, messaging and market response
  • Supporting early-stage customer conversations and onboarding handovers

Ideal Background

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has SDR, BDR, telesales or outbound sales experience
  • Is confident speaking to business decision-makers
  • Understands B2B sales conversations
  • Can handle objections professionally
  • Is organised with follow-ups and CRM management
  • Is commercially minded and target-driven
  • Communicates clearly in English
  • Is comfortable working remotely

Experience selling SaaS, tech services, recruitment, marketing or B2B services is useful but not essential.
