What you will be doing:

Facilitate the Agile Scrum/Kanban process based on Agile principles and values, and organize/facilitate all necessary Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand Up, Sprint Planning, etc.).

Acts as a servant leader and process facilitator who ensures the team delivers business value while meeting client expectations.

Drives the team to define, design, build, test, and release relevant, stable working software (Delivery Content).

Coaches the team to apply Kanban principles, drive impediment removal, continuously improve velocity, and promote self-organization and performance.

Ensures the product vision/Roadmap is visible and guides the Product Owner in maintaining a properly sized Product Backlog (using story points) and creating visible information radiators.

Requires a Scrum Master certification and experience in implementing Agile methodologies, along with a strong background in change management, project management, and customer relationship experience.

Possesses exceptional communication and facilitation skills necessary for effectively engaging with senior management levels.

Responsible for fostering team morale, building trust, encouraging experimentation in a safe environment, and maintaining situational awareness regarding Team Development Stages.
