About the Role

Our Client is seeking a dynamic and hands-on Marketing Manager to lead and execute our marketing initiatives across digital, social, content, branding, and lead generation channels. This role is ideal for a marketing all-rounder who enjoys both strategy and execution, and can confidently manage campaigns from concept through to delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute marketing campaigns and strategies - Manage social media platforms and content calendars - Create marketing content, newsletters, and promotional material - Design basic graphics using Canva or similar tools - Manage and optimise Google Ads campaigns - Drive SEO and website performance improvements - Create and edit short-form video content - Generate and nurture leads through digital channels and CRM systems - Monitor campaign performance and provide reporting and insights - Support brand development, events, and employer branding initiatives

Requirements

- 3+ years' marketing experience - Strong social media and content marketing skills - Experience with Google Ads, Google Analytics, and SEO - Basic graphic design skills - Experience with CRM and email marketing platforms - Strong copywriting and communication skills - Video editing experience advantageous - Property or professional services experience advantageous - Creative and commercially minded - Strong attention to detail - Data-driven and results-focused - Self-starter who can work independently - Passionate about lead generation and brand growth
