Hire Resolve’s client is currently seeking a Mining Superintendent to join their reputable mining company based in the Northern Cape. As a Mining Superintendent, you will oversee the mining operations, ensuring efficient production while adhering to safety and environmental standards.

Responsibilities:

Manage daily mining activities and operations. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Develop and implement mining plans and strategies to achieve production targets. Monitor and report on mining operations performance. Lead and train mining team members to maintain high productivity levels. Conduct regular inspections to identify hazards and maintain operational efficiency. Collaborate with other departments to optimize resource allocation.

Requirements:

Grade 12 Degree/Diploma in Mining Engineering Blasting Certificate for Opencast Mines. Competent A Certificate 5 years’ experience in opencast mining. Valid Drivers’ License
