Hire Resolve's client is currently looking for a skilled and experienced HR Officer to join their mining team based in Northern Cape. Responsibilities: Assisting with the implementation and coordination of HR policies and procedures. Providing support with recruitment and selection processes. Managing employee relations and handling employee grievances.Administering employee benefits and leave management. Coordinating training and development initiatives. Ensuring compliance with employment legislation and relevant industry regulations. Maintaining accurate HR records and documents. Participating in HR projects and initiatives.

Requirements: Grade 12 National Diploma/BCom Degree in HR Management or B.Soc.Sc Industrial Psychology Degree (or relevant) 5 years' experience in HR within the mining industry. Strong knowledge of HR practices and employment legislation. Valid Driver's License Computer literate with proficiency in HR software.

Benefits: Salary: R540K/yr - R660K/yr Paid Time Off (PTO) (If Applicable)
