Control Room Operator, Bapong

The successful candidate will be responsible for, but not be limited to:

• Provide an effective control room operator service to ensure daily production targets are met
• Assist with the supervision of the daily activities of the Control Room Assistants
• Report system malfunctions immediately and lead communications to advise system users of outages and progress
• Accurate recording of standing hours and outage times, escalate anomalies to Supervisor
• Monitor the service and portable water supply for underground use
• Apply appropriate stand by and/or call out procedures
• Compile reports as requested by Supervisor
• Maintain and operate the control room systems / functions to quality standards
• Maintain good control room housekeeping standards
• Effective team and self-management in alignment with Clients values
