Quality Control/Assurance Manager, Kirkwood

Requirements:

1. Grade 12s
2. Relevant degree
3. More than 5 years experience in a similar role, in citrus
4. BRC, HACCP training
5. AVCASA
6. Experience with internal auditing
7. Computer literate
8. Previous supervision / management experience
9. In good physical health and fit (you will need to move between various packhouses daily)
10. Extensive knowledge of citrus

Duties:

• Manage, develop and monitor the Food Safety and Quality
• Manage, implement, maintain and audit the Food Safety System and advise on its performance
• Manage inspections of quality personnel
• Monitor and advise on performance of the Food Safety System and the quality system
