Ensuring All PODs are correct and saved on Qdocs, all drivers documentation i.e. diesel slips, toll slips, trip sheet, expense sheet, vehicle inspection sheet, de-briefing sheet is in order and filled in correctly. Lastly ensuring that all investigation is raised within the given time frame on any claim/credit related incidents.

1. All debriefings to be captured onto Q-docs for the previous day
2. All investigations to be raised within 24 hours of receiving of the POD
3. All collections to be captured onto Q-docs, invoices and trip plan should then go to the scanning department for scanning
4. Splitting of debriefing files
5. Equipment book to be up to date daily, debriefer to make sure if a driver is back from a load that he returned all the equipment
6. De-briefing POD
7. De-briefing of dep-briefing pack
