Managing a sales team. Driving sales and meeting targets. Leadership and team management. Negotiation and closing deals. Requirements Automotive industry knowledge. Minimum of 5 years sales management experience. Drive and motivate the team, set high targets, and build strong client relations.Highly motivated, ambitious, and driven. SALARY : Highly Negotiable.
