Introduction

The project and procurement engineer is responsible for reviewing and understanding the project requirements and specifications to procure various components of the project. Duties&Responsibilities

Carry out fabrication work inspections. Provide estimates on items for projects. Compile and manage data books for each project. Place orders. Create tracking registers and packages for each project. Upkeep of safety file. Follow up with vendors on outstanding orders, invoices, and deliverables.Build and maintain a relationship with all divisions to create a conducive working environment on an ongoing basis with key deadlines. Liaise with external clients to ensure end user satisfaction on an ongoing basis within key deadlines. Build and maintain long relationships with service providers.Desired Experience&Qualification

National diploma in Engineering - Essential. Quality Control Inspector level 1 certificate - Desirable. Project Engineering experience - 2 years - Essential. Estimation and Procurement experience - 2 years - Essential. Quality Control material inspection - 2 years - Essential. Package&Remuneration

Highly negotiable depending on qualifications and experience.
