HR Admin 40 hours per week We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Admin to join our team in Kempton Park, South Africa. Key Responsibilities
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, attendance, and performance evaluations Process payroll and ensure timely and accurate payment to employees Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes, including posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checksCoordinate employee benefits and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed Support the HR team in creating and updating policies and procedures Respond to employee inquiries and provide necessary support and guidance Maintain compliance with all labor laws and regulations Assist with organizing and coordinating company events and employee engagement activitiesPrepare and distribute HR-related reports as needed Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field 2+ years of experience in HR administration or related role Strong understanding of HR policies and procedures Excellent organizational and time-management skills Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive informationExcellent communication and interpersonal skills Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, as well as opportunities for growth and development within our company.
