Description
Responsibilities
Develop product and market strategy aligned with company objectives
Define and document product requirements derived from market needs
Manage cross‑functional teams in the development of OSS systems
Drive R&D, feasibility studies, and testing (lab, site, and trials)
Oversee full product lifecycle: planning, configuration, certification, launch, and continuous improvement
Lead project management efforts scope, timeline, budget, risk, and resource control
Engage stakeholders including clients, engineering, QA, marketing, and production
Support go‑to‑market activities including PoCs, product positioning, and messaging
Ensure regulatory compliance and quality assurance throughout
Required Experience
Bachelor's degree in a technical, business, or related field
10+ years in product management, ideally in safety or mining tech
10+ years experience in the mining industry

Proven knowledge of gas detection and environmental monitoring systems
Strong technical project management experience with deliverables
Familiarity with system certifications, design configuration, and stakeholder documentation
