A listed FMCG concern is looking for an experienced Finance Manager to oversee all financial aspects of FMCG operations. This is an opportunity to manage a large finance team and to work closely with the CFO. Duties&Responsibilities

The ideal candidate should have a solid background in finance, accounting, and management, with a proven track record of success in the FMCG or manufacturing industry. The candidate will be responsible for but not limited to: Develop and implement financial strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure effective management of resources and support company objectives.Prepare annual budgets, forecasts, and financial plans in collaboration with department heads and senior management. Monitor financial performance against budget, forecast, and targets, providing regular reports and analysis to management. Analyse financial data and trends to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for cost optimization and revenue enhancement.Manage cash flow, working capital, and financial risk, ensuring adequate liquidity and compliance with financial regulation. Desired Experience&Qualification

The ideal candidate needs to have the following non-negotiables: Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field; CA(SA) or SAICA qualified preferred. Proven experience as a Finance Manager or Group Accountant, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the FMCG or manufacturing industry.Advanced proficiency in Excel and SAP. Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team of finance professionals. Package&Remuneration
