About the Opportunity The Crew Trainers are responsible for training the Processing Team in the safe and consistent operation and maintenance of the processing plant and associated infrastructures. We are currently looking for two Crew Trainers to one for our Paulsens site, and the other for our Lakewood Processing Plant in Kalgoorlie. Location and Roster Lakewood - FIFO from Perth, DIDO from surrounding areas. 15/13 roster, day shift only. Paulsens - FIFO from Perth, Darwin or Broome or DIDO from surrounds areas. 8/6 roster, day shift only. About You Maintain a skills matrix for the processing team and continually monitor and coordinate training requirements of all operators to ensure skills requirements are met. Identify individual training needs and develop applicable training plans. Review and maintain a relevant and up to date induction and training program for all processes. Develop and maintain training and assessment tools ensuring training materials are in line with legislative requirements and company policies and procedures. Coordinate, facilitate, and support face-to-face area specific training and compliance and conduct relevant area orientations for all new personnel.
