Immediate start Truck Driver MR Ararat Auto and Ag Services Geelong, South West Coast VIC Other (Farming, Animals and Conservation) Casual/Vacation 32.50 to 35 per hour Medium Rigid Truck Driver for Grass Slashing Contract - Ballarat and Geelong Regions - IMMEDIATE START Ararat Auto and Ag Services are currently recruiting for an MR truck driver to join their grass slashing team for seasonal work over summer in the Ballarat and Geelong areas. The position is casual, going through to late January, early Feb 2026. Work with an experienced and friendly hard working team running well maintained equipment. This position involves being the support vehicle for the slashing team. You will be putting out multi message signs for up to 4 tractors at a time and operating a fire unit if needed. The ability to read and follow maps will be an advantage. This is a busy role for someone who is physically fit. Mechanical skills would be very useful. You must have a Medium Rigid Driver's license. Traffic Control qualification highly regarded. Monday to Friday work with some Saturdays. Approx 10 hours per day and some travel. You must be reliable, punctual and able to complete daily paperwork. Must be able to supply referees.
