Sterilization and infection control (following "Best Practice Standards"). Preparing treatment rooms and managing dental materials. Providing a warm, calming presence for nervous patients. Requirements: Cert III or IV in Dental Assisting (or currently studying). Strong understanding of infection control protocols. Reliable, punctual, and a true team player. Ability to speak Vietnamese, Cantonese, or Mandarin is an advantage Title: Dental Receptionist – Front Office Coordinator Job Type: Part-time About Us: As the first point of contact at Tripitaka Dental, our receptionist plays a vital role in our "Tripitaka culture." We pride ourselves on being a multilingual, community-focused practice that treats every patient like family. The Role: Managing appointment book and patient records. Processing payments (HICAPS, After pay, Humm, Supercar). Answering inquiries with a friendly and professional phone manner. Coordinating patient follow-ups and ensuring a smooth flow of the clinic. Requirements: Previous experience in a dental or medical front office. Proficiency with dental software. Fluency in English and either Vietnamese or Chinese is an advantage for this role due to our local demographic. Exceptional communication, multitasking and organizational skills.
