Training Specialist Chandler Macleod Badgerys Creek, Sydney NSW Workplace Training and Assessment (Education and Training) Contract/Temp Competitive Familiarisation Program Facilitator 12 Month Contract, Part Time (Mon, Wed and Fri) to 8.5 Hours Per Day Location: Badgerys Creek We are seeking a Familiarisation Program Facilitator to deliver engaging onsite induction and familiarisation sessions to a large and diverse workforce. In this role, you will facilitate high?energy sessions, lead onsite tours, build community and excitement around a landmark project, and ensure participants gain essential operational readiness knowledge. You will work part?time onsite (Monday, Wednesday, Friday), delivering two sessions per day, supported by preparation and administrative tasks. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced facilitator with strong stakeholder skills, confidence presenting to groups, and a passion for creating great learning experiences. Key Responsibilities: Deliver face?to?face familiarisation and induction sessions (2 × 3 hours per day). Lead onsite tours and communicate key operational, safety and site requirements. Manage bookings, attendance records, session materials, logistics, and participant communication. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to keep content accurate and up to date. Create a positive learning environment, build engagement, and foster a sense of community. About You: Experience facilitating inductions, onboarding, training, or site familiarisation. Strong communicator able to engage and motivate diverse workforce groups. Highly organised, confident presenting, and able to manage session logistics. Ability to hold a Red ASIC (background checks required). Flexible to support occasional non?delivery tasks and team needs.
