What you'll be doing Practicing and promoting safe, efficient and effective nursing care for people experiencing mental health problems that reflect current National practice standards for mental health, current standards of nursing practices and current Mid North Coast Local Health District policies and procedures. All nursing positions are expected to be able to work across all components of the mental health service including inpatient and community-based services About You You are a Registered Nurse with current registration through the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia, committed to delivering safe, evidence?based, and recovery?oriented mental health care. I bring a strong clinical foundation, a compassionate approach, and the ability to work effectively within fast?paced and complex environments. You apply effective clinical reasoning to identify changes in consumer presentation, prioritise care needs, and implement timely interventions. you are confident in escalating concerns, collaborating with senior clinicians, and adapting care plans to support optimal outcomes. You communicate clearly and professionally using written, verbal, and interpersonal skills. you are proficient in clinical documentation systems and digital health platforms, ensuring accurate, timely, and confidential record?keeping.
