We work across the entire Salesforce implementation spectrum, building custom applications and integrating the platform with other on-premise or cloud-based systems. We engage with a wide variety of organisations and industries including government, financial services, education, manufacturing, travel, sports and not-for-profit. We are currently seeking an experienced Salesforce Architect to join a high-impact enterprise program delivering large-scale Salesforce transformation initiatives. Key responsibilities include: Architect and deliver end-to-end Salesforce CRM solutions across Sales, Service, and Experience Clouds. Design scalable, secure, and high-performance architectures aligned with enterprise standards. Lead solution design workshops and translate business requirements into strategic technical roadmaps. Define data models, integration patterns, and system interaction frameworks across complex environments. Provide technical leadership across configuration, Apex, LWC, integrations, and security models. Experience with Agent force/Live Agent implementations, encompassing omnichannel routing and seamless Chabot integrations. Implement DevOps, CI/CD, and structured multi-environment deployment strategies.
