To support our growth, we’re looking for a proactive and versatile Senior Financial Accountant who’s eager to take ownership, strengthen our reporting and controls, and help shape the foundations of our new finance systems. This is a broad, high?impact role — ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys rolling up their sleeves across multiple areas of finance. What You’ll Be Responsible For Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements Support consolidation, audit processes, and statutory reporting Strengthen internal controls and month?end close processes Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal policies Maintain high?quality balance sheet reconciliations and documentation Play a key role in setting up, configuring, and optimising our new NetSuite ERP Improve workflows, automation, and reporting capabilities Get involved in ad?hoc projects as the business scales and evolves What You Bring CA/CPA qualified, or close to qualification Solid experience in financial accounting, audit, or business services accounting Strong understanding of financial reporting, controls, and accounting standards is beneficial Experience with NetSuite or another cloud?based ERP (NetSuite experience is a plus) A hands?on, adaptable mindset — you enjoy variety and stepping into new challenges Excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills Energetic, proactive individual that is eager to learn, and ready to support various aspects of finance
