REGIONAL GENERAL MANAGER

is required for permanent employment overseeing the

3x Northern Regions (Northern Cape, North West&Limpopo). Minimum Requirements

TO QUALIFY FOR THIS OPPORTUNITY, INTERESTED APPLICANTS MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS (Non-negotiable): Minimum: Relevant Tertiary Qualification in Business/Sales/Leadership (NQF 6 or 7) Advantage: Post graduate business qualification (NFQ 8 or 9) Approximate>5 years General Management experience at middle to senior management level Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a Sales or Commercial function at a middle to senior management level. Minimum 5 years’ experience in handling multi-branch operations. Experience in a rental industry with short- and long-term rentals – preferably in the mining, construction, heavy and light industrial sectorsFirsthand experience and a proven track record of successfully growing a region’s revenue, profitability and ROIC. Duties&Responsibilities

Translate the overall company Strategy into an effective Regional Business Plan. Understand the internal complexities of the Region and plan for effective operational management by translating the Operating Strategy into a Regional Operating Plan. Drive regional growth in support of the company’s Strategy through identifying, analysing and pursuing new business opportunities.Lead and manage the effectiveness of operating functions across the Region. Deliver the profitability of the Region as well as the Regional Hub/branch. Desired Experience&Qualification
