Minimum Requirements
Agricultural Diploma / Degree
At least 3 years’ experience in a similar role
Must have a passion for farming
Previous experience with livestock (game, cattle, goats&sheep) essential
In depth experience with production (irrigation)– lucerne&maize
Strong management and communication skills
Ability to motivate and work with staff
Maintenance and mechanical orientated
Must have high levels of creativity, honest, driven, organised&practically minded
Valid driver’s license
