Recruitment / Selection / On-boarding HRIS Industrial relations Training and development department assistance when required Organizational Development Reporting HR Projects HR Administration Ad-hoc tasks Good communication skills A high level of accuracy and attention to detail Good organizational and time management skillsMaintain a high level of confidentiality Proactive Desired Experience&Qualifications
National Senior Certificate B. Com HRM / B.Soc.Sc Industrial Psychology Degree or related field 3-5 years’ HR Mining generalist experience Microsoft Office skills, especially in Excel Excellent verbal and written communication skills Package&Remuneration
