We are seeking an Occupational Therapist to join the team in an ongoing Senior Occupational Therapist capacity. This role will also include a temporary appointment to the Clinical Team Leader function for a period of up to 12 months to cover a period of parental leave. On conclusion of the parental leave cover period, the role will revert to the ongoing Senior Occupational Therapist position. What you'll be doing Lead with purpose as part of the leadership team, shaping the direction of the service Manage a meaningful clinical caseload, supporting children and families to reach their goals Supervise and mentor Occupational Therapists, building confidence, skills, and clinical quality Drive the organisation and coordination of the clinical team to keep things running strong Build genuine connections with the local community, schools, and stakeholders Champion professional development across the team and create a culture of growth Contribute to service innovation and continuous improvement across the organisation What We Offer: Joining our team comes with a range of benefits, including: Competitive salary package, above the award rate! 4 day (full- time) working week. To be a successful candidate for this role, you should possess: Full AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist An NDIS check, Working with Children Check, and Police Check (or willing to obtain) A minimum of 3+ years of post graduate OT experience Minimum 2+ years of paediatric occupational therapy experience is required Australian citizenship is required for this position Demonstrate strong leadership skills in both clinical and team environments Bring forward innovative ideas and contribute meaningfully at the leadership table Lead with emotional intelligence, creating a safe, respectful, and supportive team culture Who We Are: At Evolve With Us Allied Health, our mission is to support continuous growth in the lives of children and their families.
