We are seeking an Occupational Therapist to join the team in an ongoing Senior Occupational Therapist capacity. This role will also include a temporary appointment to the Clinical Team Leader function for a period of up to 12 months to cover a period of parental leave. On conclusion of the parental leave cover period, the role will revert to the ongoing Senior Occupational Therapist position. To be a successful candidate for this role, you should possess: Full AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist An NDIS check, Working with Children Check, and Police Check (or willing to obtain) A minimum of 3+ years of post graduate OT experience Minimum 2+ years of paediatric occupational therapy experience is required Australian citizenship is required for this position Demonstrate strong leadership skills in both clinical and team environments Bring forward innovative ideas and contribute meaningfully at the leadership table Lead with emotional intelligence, creating a safe, respectful, and supportive team culture Who We Are: At Evolve With Us Allied Health, our mission is to support continuous growth in the lives of children and their families.
