Lead either structure or finishes packages, working with an experienced Site Manager, PM, and senior leadership team. Key responsibilities: Structures Foreman Deliver structure works (formwork, concrete, reo, sequencing) Coordinate trades to meet program and quality targets Maintain WHS compliance and site safety standards Resolve construction challenges with site leadership Finishes Foreman Coordinate internal trades through to completion Drive finishes program, QA, and defect management Maintain presentation, safety, and quality standards Support inspections and final handover Skills and experience Trade background in Carpentry or similar Proven Foreman experience on high-rise residential towers (essential) Strong understanding of structure or finishes sequencing Confident managing subcontractors on complex builds Consistent focus on safety, quality, and program delivery Benefits and perks Long-term role with secured 10+ year pipeline Choice of sites across Sydney for flexibility Weekly pay cycle for reliable income Direct exposure to senior leadership and decision-makers Competitive salary aligned to experience About the company: Well-established Australian developer-builder delivering high-quality residential towers.
