Maintenance Electrician Core Talent Wetherill Park, Sydney NSW Electricians (Trades and Services) Full time AUD 140000 to 160000 per annum Maintenance Electrician FMCG Manufacturing Multiple Shifts Available: Sunday to Thursday Nights OR 12hr Rotating Days and Nights up to 160k + Super Wetherill Park We are partnering with a growing FMCG manufacturer who are now seeking Maintenance Electricians / Dual Traders to join their site-based maintenance team. These are excellent opportunities to work on FMCG manufacturing machinery, with strong long-term stability and development potential as the site continues to expand. The Role Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for both electrical maintenance across high-speed FMCG production lines. Key responsibilities include: Electrical breakdown fault-finding Preventive and corrective maintenance Electrical troubleshooting on automated packaging equipment Supporting production to minimise downtime Assisting with new equipment commissioning and site improvements Ensuring compliance with WHS, LOTO and food safety standards PLC Fault Finding Equipment You’ll Work On High-speed FMCG machinery Conveyors, motors, drives and gearboxes Sensors, control panels and industrial electrical systems FMCG processing and handling equipment PLC's Drives About You Trade qualified Electrician (dual trade or strong mechanical skills highly regarded) Background in FMCG or food manufacturing preferred Strong electrical fault-finding capability Comfortable performing hands-on mechanical maintenance Experience working on packaging and automated equipment Safety-focused with a proactive and team-oriented approach Good understanding of PLC systems and drives What’s On Offer Stable, full-time roles with consistent shifts Competitive hourly rates with shift loading Supportive site leadership and maintenance team Long-term career growth as the site expands How to Apply If you’re a skilled Maintenance Electrician looking for a long-term career move with outstanding growth potential, I’d love to hear from you.
