About the Role As a key member of our team, you’ll work on a wide variety of electrical projects. You’ll be responsible for delivering high?quality installations, maintenance, and repairs while helping us keep homes and businesses running safely and efficiently. What You’ll Be Doing Electrical installations & maintenance — Perform a wide range of electrical installations, repairs and maintenance tasks Troubleshooting & repairs — diagnose issues and implement effective, long?lasting solutions Reading plans & diagrams — interpret technical drawings to deliver accurate project outcomes Client communication — understand customer needs and provide tailored service Safety compliance — follow all regulations and maintain a safe work environment Documentation — keep clear, detailed records of work completed Mentoring juniors — support the development of apprentices and junior electricians What We’re Looking For Qualified Electrician with a current Australian driver's licence Minimum 2 years’ experience as a licensed electrician, ideally across residential environments Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work through complex issues Excellent communication and customer service approach Ability to interpret plans and follow technical documentation Commitment to safety and high-quality workmanship Reliable and self-motivated — able to work independently and as part of a team What We Offer At NESC Electrical, we believe great work comes from a great workplace.
